About The Position

C2 Education is hiring a part-time Tutor to provide high-quality instruction using C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s curriculum and educational philosophy. The role supports students' academic growth and development in a positive learning environment. C2 Education offers services including college test preparation, AP exam preparation, college essays and admissions, K–12 tutoring, and AP/Summer Boot Camps.

Tutoring sessions take place after school hours and are typically scheduled Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; schedules may vary by location. The position is based at the Doylestown C2 location in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with negligible travel. The stated hourly pay range is $21.00–$30.00.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on C2's diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
• Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
• Follow C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties relevant to the position and students' needs, as assigned.
