Tutor
About The Position
C2 Education is hiring a part-time Tutor to provide high-quality instruction following C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s curriculum and educational philosophy. The role supports students’ academic growth by fostering a positive learning environment and helping students pursue their educational goals. C2 Education offers tutoring for K–12 and AP students, college test preparation, AP exam preparation, college essays and admissions, and AP/Summer Boot Camps. Sessions are held after school hours to accommodate students. Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; schedules may vary by location. The position is based at The Woodlands C2 in The Woodlands, Texas, with negligible travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Score at the 95th percentile on C2 Education’s diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and concerns.
- Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
- Follow C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties relevant to the position and students’ needs, as assigned.
