About The Position

Academic Coaches support high school students in Humanities subjects, including AP Literature, AP US History, and AP World History. ACT, SAT, and ISEE test-prep experience is preferred. Sessions are one-on-one and held in private offices at the facility. Coaches receive recurring weekly sessions within their preferred hours, paid onboarding and training, and shadowing with experienced coaches. The role is W-2 employment, with a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Be attending or have graduated from a four-year university.
• Be available at least 15 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday from 3:00–9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 2:00–6:00 p.m.
