About The Position

Academic Coaches support students in grades 6–8 and high school across a range of Humanities subjects, including AP Literature, AP US History, and AP World History. ACT, SAT, and ISEE test-preparation experience is preferred. All sessions are one-on-one and held in private offices at the facility. Coaches receive recurring weekly sessions within their preferred hours and work in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Paid onboarding, training, and shadowing with experienced coaches are provided. This is W-2 employment.

Requirements

• Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Currently attend or have graduated from a two- or four-year university or college.
• Be available at least 15 hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays.
• Session availability is Monday–Friday, 3:00–9:30 p.m., and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
