About The Position

Academic Coach supporting high school students in STEM subjects, including AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics. ACT, SAT, and ISEE test preparation is preferred. Sessions are recurring weekly, one-on-one, and held in private offices at the facility. The position offers consistent hours within the coach’s preferred availability, paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches, and a supportive, collaborative team environment. Scheduling, resources, and guidance are provided so coaches can focus on teaching.

Requirements

• Currently attending or graduated from a two- or four-year university or college.
• Available at least 15 hours per week, including at least four hours on Sundays.
• Able to explain academic content in a clear, engaging way.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or ability to support ACT, SAT, or ISEE test preparation.
