About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for operating high lift equipment in narrow aisles to move, stock, pick, and count inventory while meeting production and safety standards. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating a swing (turret) forklift.

Requirements

• Experience operating a swing/turret forklift
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in narrow aisle environments and at elevated heights

Responsibilities

• Operate high lift reach and narrow aisle equipment, including turret forklifts, to move, stock, stage, and store materials
• Utilize electronic wire-guided systems where applicable
• Accurately pick and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and items
• Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper record-keeping and reporting
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices are followed
• Identify and report product quality variances
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all OSHA and MSDS safety standards
• Operate equipment at elevated heights beyond standard forklift ranges
• Operate a swing (turret) forklift
