About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Turret Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Sterling Heights, MI. This role is responsible for operating a turret forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in narrow aisle environments and be comfortable operating equipment with high reach capabilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a turret truck
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to work in narrow aisles and at elevated heights
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift

Responsibilities

• Operate a turret truck (swing reach forklift) to pick and put away product in racking systems
• Safely maneuver in narrow aisle warehouse environments
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory (if applicable)
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
