About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality control, safety, and guest experience within the tubing park. The attendant will test lanes, maintain the tubing lanes and guest areas, and operate in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations. This position requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for long periods, and handle customer service demands, including ticket verification and managing the lift line maze.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform snow removal as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and meet physical demands of repetitive work
• Ability to work under varying weather conditions
• Ability to provide accurate information and maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations
• Ability to speak clearly and communicate thoroughly with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Test lanes for quality control
• Maintain tubing lanes and guest areas
• Follows established protocols
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner

• Provide excellent customer service
• Set up and control of a lift line maze access, including ticket verification
• Snow removal
• Preparation and upkeep of the load and unload zones
• Trash removal, set up and tear down of tubing park fences and signs
• Other duties as assigned
