About The Position

The Tubing Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the tubing park, maintaining guest satisfaction, and performing various upkeep duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Customer service and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform snow removal as needed
Ability to stand for long periods and meet physical demands of repetitive work
Ability to work under varying weather conditions
Ability to provide accurate information and maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations
Ability to speak clearly and communicate thoroughly with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

Test lanes for quality control
Maintain tubing lanes and guest areas
Follows established protocols
Operate in a safe and efficient manner
Promote positive guest relations
Provide excellent customer service
The set up and control of a lift line maze access, including ticket verification.
Snow removal
The preparation and upkeep of the load and unload zones.
Trash removal, set up and tear down of tubing park fences and signs
