Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify tickets, assist guests on and off lifts, and ensure they have proper safety equipment. Provide information and answer questions with a friendly attitude.
• Monitor guests during loading/unloading, operate lift controls, and test safety switches. Report any issues to lift mechanics and assist with daily equipment checks.
• Keep lift and surrounding areas clean, clear snow from ramps, and ensure an orderly environment. Handle ticketing and pass checks politely and look for counterfeit tickets.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude, help with lift use, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Log daily actions, monitor machinery, and report unusual weather or conditions. Assist with maintenance and collect trash as needed.
• Perform other assigned tasks to support overall lift operations.
