About The Position

Polymarket is hiring its first Trust & Safety Program Manager to oversee programs spanning Polymarket US, a CFTC-regulated exchange, and the Polymarket DeFi platform. Reporting to the Global Head of Trust & Safety, this role owns programs end to end, including launch readiness for new products, markets, and jurisdictions; controls and evidence supporting regulatory commitments; user protections; and incident response. The Program Manager sets how programs operate, partners closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance, and reports program outcomes to leadership. The role includes tiering launches and running go/no-go reviews; translating regulatory obligations into controls, procedures, and evidence; integrating risk reviews and user-protection requirements early in product launches; launching and monitoring user-protection tools; operating DeFi restriction programs; coordinating Trust & Safety incident response and crisis-playbook exercises; managing partner and vendor pilots through contract; owning metrics and reporting cadence; and building an intake process for partner teams.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of program or technical program management experience, including at least 3 years in trust and safety, risk, integrity, responsible gaming, fraud, or compliance at a regulated platform.
  • Have run a launch risk-review process used by product teams and be able to identify launches it stopped or changed.
  • Have led or run the program side of a live incident involving user harm or regulatory exposure.
  • Have prepared evidence for a regulator, auditor, or examination and translated a regulatory obligation into a control or procedure.
  • Have built a program at a company that did not previously have one.
  • Have taken a vendor or partner from pilot to contract.
  • Be able to pull and reconcile your own data using SQL or an equivalent tool.
  • Write short, dated decision documents with an owner on every line.

  • Translate regulatory obligations and commitments into controls, procedures, and evidence, maintaining records for regulator inquiries or examinations.
  • Integrate risk reviews and user-protection requirements into launches from the initial specification, including limits on public claims.
