About The Position

Cascade Mfg Co is a nationwide manufacturer of engineered wood and cold-formed steel truss systems for residential, agricultural, commercial, multifamily, industrial, religious, healthcare, and military projects throughout the US. With our strategically located facilities in Iowa, Texas, and Georgia, Cascade Mfg provides design, engineering, and large-scale production capabilities that support contractors and developers across the country. Known for our capacity, technical expertise, and industry leadership, Cascade Mfg continues to grow while remaining rooted in the communities where we operate. We are currently looking for 1st & 2nd Shift Truss Assemblers to join our hardworking team in Cascade, Iowa. With competitive pay ranging from $21.64-$23.64 per hour, you will work individually or with a team to assemble trusses according to project specifications.

Requirements

• Basic construction, manufacturing, or carpentry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and positioning truss components
• Fastening truss components together using hand tools and production equipment
• Following design specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
• Inspecting finished trusses to ensure quality standards
• Helping keep the work area organized and safe while meeting production goals
