About The Position
Winnebago is seeking new employees to start work in their North Iowa facilities, located in Forest City and Lake Mills. This role offers the chance to build a great career at a great company, with a $3,000 new hire bonus. Most positions involve working on an assembly line or bench-type work, utilizing various hand and power tools and equipment. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with an opportunity to increase pay after 120 days. No experience is necessary, but relevant experience and skills will be compensated. New hires can receive up to $3,000 in bonuses within the first 5 months of employment.
