About The Position
Truss Assemblers are responsible for assembling trusses and other products using presses, pneumatic guns, and other equipment. This role involves hands-on production work, maintaining quality and safety standards, and collaborating with a team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with great pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth. We have both first shift (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM) and second shift (Monday-Thursday, 4 PM - 2:30 AM) available, with the second shift offering a 4-day workweek.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to stand throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable bending, squatting, walking, and twisting
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma/GED preferred
