About The Position

Truckomat is hiring a full-time Truck Wash Supervisor to lead a team of Washbay attendants while working alongside them to wash trucks to company standards. The hands-on role includes washing big rigs, maintaining mechanical equipment, serving customers, and helping keep the work area safe and clean. The position pays $14.50 per hour and is eligible for commission. The schedule is 4 p.m. to midnight, Saturday through Wednesday; flexible availability and weekend work are required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Employment is contingent on pre-employment drug testing, including marijuana, a background check, and random employee drug testing.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
One year of experience in a retail environment.
Six months of supervisory experience.
Ability to communicate effectively to de-escalate customer issues.
Must be self-motivated.
Dependable and have reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule availability to ensure coverage.
Ability to solve problems and handle a variety of work-related situations and conditions.
Frequent walking and standing, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to Truckomat customers.
Process cash-handling transactions.
Hand-brush trucks at drivers’ request.
Perform on-site equipment maintenance.
Keep the work area clean and safe for employees and customers.
Supervise Washbay attendants and work alongside them to ensure trucks are washed to company standards.
