About The Position

The Olen Corporation and Area Aggregates are seeking a full-time Wash Truck Operator and Lube Technician. The role cleans mobile heavy equipment for maintenance, greases aggregate plant processing equipment, and supports mobile equipment mechanics as needed. This is a night-shift position, with hours from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The position involves working outdoors in hot and cold weather and may require 50–60 hours per week and Saturdays during peak season.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be comfortable driving a large 24-foot flatbed truck; no CDL is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to schedule daily and weekly work and jobs independently.
• Willing to work 50–60 hours a week and Saturdays during peak season.
• Willing to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
• Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs and maintenance.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Strong work ethic and customer-service skills.
• Able to use common sense and initiative, follow directions, handle basic hand tools, and perform light or heavy handling.
• Able to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands to handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• One year of related experience and/or training in pressure washing or greasing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure-washing equipment.
• Operate and maintain greasing equipment.
• Pressure wash mobile and heavy equipment.
• Perform job-site housekeeping duties.
• Inspect and care for the on-site company vehicle.
• Communicate and schedule work.
• Schedule daily and weekly work and jobs.
• Support mobile equipment mechanics as needed.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance.
