About The Position

This is a bi-weekly truck unloader position for a retail store in Laconia, NH. Availability on Monday at 3 am is required for truck unloading. Shifts from Tuesday to Friday typically range from 8 am to 12 pm, outside of truck unload times. Weekend availability may be needed for special projects or community events. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, assisting with Omni channel processes, and supporting safety and shrink programs.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store.
Maintain store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Perform merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process and general store recovery.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful.
Promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values.
Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
Other duties as assigned.
