This position involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards. The role also requires engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members are responsible for merchandise recovery, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), and AD set duties, while supporting shrink and safety programs and adhering to company policies and standards. Interaction with others should be accepting and respectful, promoting a positive image and commitment to the organization's values. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also required.
