This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise stocking throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. Team members are expected to support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact with others respectfully. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role.
