This position involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various store operations to uphold Brand Promises. The role also requires engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will participate in stocking and planogram processes, perform merchandise recovery and maintenance, and support shrink and safety programs while adhering to company policies and standards. Interaction with others should be accepting and respectful, promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values. This role also includes cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
