This role focuses on providing friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and efficient checkout experience. Key responsibilities include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The position also involves engaging customers with loyalty programs and credit card benefits, educating them on customer feedback surveys, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and are responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandized and stocked store. Additional duties include Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), AD set tasks, supporting safety and shrink programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interacting positively with colleagues. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other assigned duties.
