This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and participating in store operations including truck unloading and stocking. Team members will engage customers, educate them on loyalty programs, and assist with online order fulfillment. A key part of the role involves maintaining store appearance through merchandise recovery and stocking, as well as supporting safety and shrink reduction programs. The position requires adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies, while promoting a positive and respectful work environment. Cross-training in custom framing is also a component of this role.
