About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Loader to join the warehouse team. The role is responsible for loading and unloading materials and handling products safely and efficiently. It requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety standards. The position is full-time and performed in person in Jefferson City, Missouri. The schedule is a 10-hour evening shift, four days per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends; overtime is available.

Requirements

Ability to perform heavy lifting while following safety protocols.
Ability to commute to Jefferson City, MO 65101.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience, particularly in order picking and materials handling.
Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products from trucks and containers.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate order picking.
Perform order picking while adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning.
Handle materials carefully and perform heavy lifting safely in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
