About The Position
Harrington Bottling Company, a family-owned Pepsi bottler serving Montana communities, is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Truck Loader for its Butte operation. This role supports the distribution operation by picking, organizing, staging, and loading beverage products for daily delivery routes. The work helps drivers serve stores, restaurants, schools, and businesses throughout the region. Responsibilities include loading delivery vehicles, unloading incoming freight, preparing customer orders, rotating inventory, organizing warehouse stock, and maintaining product accuracy. The position suits people who enjoy active work and teamwork. Previous warehouse-related experience is beneficial but not required; training is provided, with opportunities to develop skills through forklift certification and additional warehouse training programs. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug and alcohol test, as well as a functional ability test if applicable.
