About The Position

This is a semi-local truck driving position where drivers can expect to be home every other day for a 10-hour break. The role involves touching freight and delivering to Dollar Tree stores within Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky. Drivers will average 800-1,000 miles weekly. A 2-day training period is provided and paid at $150/day. Additional pay is offered for each unloaded trailer, backhaul, and per stop.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience.
• Able to pass the hair follicle drug test.
• Clean MVR, No SAP.
• Must have personal transportation as trucks cannot be taken home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
• Touch freight.
• Drive an average of 800-1,000 miles weekly.
• Be home every other day for a 10-hour break.

Benefits

• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid in instalments over 6 months.
• $245 for each unloaded trailer.
• $70 per backhaul.
• $25 per stop.
• Paid 2-day training at $150/day.
