About The Position
We are seeking a Semi-Local CDL A Truck Driver for a position that offers consistent home time and competitive pay. This role involves touch freight and deliveries to Dollar Tree stores within a multi-state operating area. Drivers can expect to be home typically every other day for a 10-hour break, averaging 3-4 nights at home per week. The position includes a sign-on bonus, paid training, and various additional pay opportunities for unloaded trailers, backhauls, and stops.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience.
- Must pass a hair follicle drug test.
- Clean MVR required.
- No SAP drivers.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
Responsibilities
- Deliveries to Dollar Tree stores throughout IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
- Handle touch freight.
- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and Department of Transportation regulations.
Benefits
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Paid Training: 2 days at $150 per day
- $245 per unloaded trailer
- $70 per backhaul
- $25 per stop
