About The Position

This is a semi-local truck driving position with a focus on no-touch freight, delivering to Dollar Tree stores across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY. Drivers can expect to be home 3-4 times a week, typically for a 10-hour break every other day. The position offers competitive pay with potential for annual earnings between $75k-$100k, along with additional pay for unloaded trailers, backhauls, and stops. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in installments over 6 months. Two days of training are provided, paid at $150/day.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience.
• Able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Clean MVR.
• No SAP.
• Must have personal transportation as trucks cannot be taken home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
• Operate a commercial vehicle safely.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently.
• Adhere to all company and DOT regulations.

• Handle paperwork accurately.
