About The Position
Looking for a steady semi-local route with frequent home time? Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, consistent miles, and performance bonuses. This position offers an average of 1,500 miles weekly within a 700-mile radius of Front Royal, VA, covering Virginia, North Carolina, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and West Virginia. Drivers can expect to be home 3-4 times each week and will be involved in touch freight with live unloads.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of CDL-A experience.
- Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen.
- Clean MVR.
- No SAP drivers.
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Complete full trailer unloads.
- Complete backhauls.
- Complete 3 or more loads weekly to earn a bonus.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300
- Top Earners: Up to $2,000 weekly
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments over 6 months
- Performance Pay: $265 per full trailer unload
- $125 weekly bonus after completing 3 or more loads
- $35 for every backhaul
- Home 3–4 times each week
- Paid Ride-Along Training: 1 week at $150/day
