About The Position
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities. Drivers complete a structured 4–6-week paid training program while riding with an experienced mentor, then receive their own truck and transition into steady regional freight. The role involves dry van freight and no-touch drop-and-hook loads in new, fully equipped trucks with modern features and safety technology. Drivers receive weekly home time and weekly pay averaging $1,600–$1,800 or more after training, with additional earnings available for safe driving and strong performance. The company provides experienced staff and mentors to support recent CDL school graduates.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- Have at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
- Meet all applicable DOT requirements.
- Meet company hiring and safety standards.

Responsibilities
