About The Position
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities. The role is intended for new drivers with a valid Class A CDL but no professional tractor-trailer experience. Drivers complete a structured 4–6 week paid training program while riding with an experienced mentor, earning $850 per week. After training, drivers are assigned their own new, fully equipped truck and transition to steady regional freight. Routes feature dry van, no-touch drop-and-hook loads and weekly home time. After training, weekly pay averages $1,600–$1,800 or more, with additional earnings for safe driving and strong performance. The company offers experienced staff and mentor support to help recent CDL school graduates begin a driving career.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- Have at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
- Meet all applicable DOT requirements.
- Recent CDL school graduates are considered individually and must meet all company hiring and safety standards.
Responsibilities
