About The Position

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities. Drivers complete a structured 4–6 week paid training program alongside an experienced mentor before transitioning to regional freight. Training pays $850 per week. After training, drivers are assigned their own new, fully equipped truck and run dry van, no-touch drop-and-hook loads on regional routes with weekly home time. Weekly pay averages $1,600–$1,800 or more after training, with additional earnings available for safe driving and strong performance. The role is designed for new drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL but have not yet gained professional tractor-trailer experience. The company offers support from experienced staff and mentors to help recent graduates launch a driving career.

Requirements

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements.
• Recent CDL school graduates are considered individually and must meet all company hiring and safety standards.
• No professional driving experience is required.

Responsibilities
