Truck Driver – Recent CDL A Graduates - Paid Training
About The Position
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities. Drivers complete a structured paid training program alongside an experienced mentor before transitioning to steady regional freight. Training lasts 4–6 weeks, during which drivers earn $850 per week. After training, drivers receive their own truck and weekly pay averages $1,600–$1,800 or more, with additional earnings for safe driving and strong performance. Routes provide weekly home time and involve dry van freight with no-touch drop-and-hook loads. Trucks are brand-new and equipped with the latest features and safety technology. The company offers a supportive environment with experienced staff and mentors to help recent graduates launch and develop their driving careers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
- Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements.
- Recent CDL school graduates are considered individually and must meet all company hiring and safety standards.
