Truck Driver – Recent CDL A Graduates - Paid Training
About The Position
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities. Drivers complete a structured, paid training program while riding with an experienced mentor for 4–6 weeks, earning $850 per week during training. Upon completion, drivers are assigned their own truck and transition to steady regional freight. The role involves dry van freight and no-touch drop-and-hook loads in new, fully equipped trucks with modern features and safety technology. After training, weekly pay averages $1,600–$1,800 or more, with additional earnings available for safe driving and strong performance. Drivers have weekly home time and receive support from experienced staff and mentors. The position is intended for motivated recent CDL-A graduates who are ready to begin a professional driving career.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- Have at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
- Meet all applicable DOT requirements.
- Recent CDL school graduates are considered individually and must meet all company hiring and safety standards.
