About The Position

Ferrellgas is hiring a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Drivers operate local routes and are home every night, representing Ferrellgas in their communities and providing professional customer service. The role includes operating propane trucks and equipment, completing vehicle inspections and delivery logs, assisting customers with delivery, account, and safety questions, and participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries. Starting pay is $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications; eligible employees may also receive commission or incentive pay according to role and plan eligibility.

Requirements

Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or the ability to obtain them quickly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Nice To Haves

Previous truck driving experience preferred.
