About The Position

RDO Equipment Co. is hiring a Truck Driver to safely transport equipment and support dealership operations while representing the company and serving customers. The role includes picking up, hauling, and delivering equipment—including oversized loads—and supplies between dealership locations and customers. Drivers follow routing, delivery, and permitting requirements, maintain delivery records, and may provide basic operational guidance to customers at delivery.

Requirements

• Class A CDL and a current health card.
• Experience operating heavy construction and/or agricultural equipment.
• Knowledge of safe equipment loading and unloading procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up, haul, and deliver equipment, including oversized loads, and supplies to and from dealership locations and customers.
• Follow instructions, routing requirements, and permitting needs for each load.
• Track mileage and maintain delivery documentation.
• Obtain required signatures and receipts.
• Provide basic operational guidance to customers during equipment delivery when needed.
