Responsibilities
- Drive over-the-road (OTR) to run the most miles and maximize pay.
- Drive dedicated routes with steady miles and pay, getting home weekly.
- Drive local routes with daily home time, predictable pay, and shift options.
- Drive solo with the ability to average 2,500+ miles per week.
- Drive as part of a team, averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads.
- Participate in the Lease Purchase program to run your own mini-business.
- Act as a Driver Mentor to help the next generation of drivers and earn incentives.
