Truck Driver - No CDL A Experience Needed - Local, Home Weekly, and Regional Positions Available.
About The Position
We have local, home weekly, and regional positions available for Truck Drivers. We offer opportunities for new drivers with no CDL experience, covering CDL training costs. Experienced drivers are also welcome. Drivers can choose lanes that best suit their family and life, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes. New drivers begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. Solo OTR drivers can average 2,500+ miles per week with performance pay incentives. Team driving offers accelerated pay potential, averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads. The Lease Purchase program allows drivers to operate their own mini-business, potentially earning up to $3,500/week with fuel incentives and 24/7 Road Rescue support. Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives by training new drivers.
Requirements
- No CDL A experience needed for some positions.
- Must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes (for new drivers).
- Solo OTR drivers must be able to average 2,500+ miles per week.
- Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM.
- Lease Purchase program participants can earn as much as $3,500/week.
- Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives.
- Driver Mentors earn an extra $200/week plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities for each trainee.

Responsibilities
- Drive over-the-road (OTR) to run the most miles and maximize pay.
- Drive dedicated routes with steady miles and pay, getting home weekly.
- Drive local routes with daily home time, predictable pay, and bonus opportunities.
- Log 20,000 safe miles in the OTR division before switching lanes (for new drivers).
- Drive solo and average 2,500+ miles per week.
- Drive as part of a team, averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads.
- Participate in the Lease Purchase program to run a mini-business.
- Act as a Driver Mentor to help new drivers develop safety-conscious habits.
