About The Position

This role offers various lanes to accommodate different trucking career goals, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local. New drivers begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before transitioning. Solo OTR drivers can average 2,500+ miles per week with performance pay. Team driving offers accelerated pay potential, averaging 5,000 miles per week. The Lease Purchase program allows drivers to operate their own business, potentially earning up to $3,500/week with fuel incentives and 24/7 backup. Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives by training new drivers.

Requirements

• No CDL A experience needed.
• Must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes (for new drivers).
• Routes are subject to experience and availability in your area.
• Experienced drivers are welcome.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (Solo OTR).
• Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM and receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months.
• Earn as much as $3,500/week with more miles and fuel incentives (Lease Purchase).
