Truck Driver - No CDL A Experience Needed - Local, Home Weekly, and Regional Positions Available!
About The Position
We have local, home weekly, and regional positions available for Truck Drivers. We offer more pay with big bonuses and high starting CPMs. For those without a CDL, we provide paid training and cover your CDL training costs to start your trucking career. Drivers are offered great health and dental insurance, plus a retirement plan with company matching. We have options to accommodate your trucking career goals, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated (home weekly), and Local (daily home time) routes. New drivers will start in the OTR division and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. Routes are subject to experience and availability in your area. We also have opportunities for Solo OTR drivers who prefer to drive solo, with the ability to average 2,500+ miles per week and earn up to an additional $.10 CPM in performance pay. Team driving offers accelerated pay potential, starting at $.55 CPM with a 5-cent pay raise after 3 months, and teams can average 5,000 miles per week. Our Lease Purchase program allows you to run your own mini-business, earning as much as $3,500/week with fuel incentives and 24/7 backup with Road Rescue. Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives by helping new drivers develop safety-conscious habits.
Requirements
- No CDL A experience needed
- Must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes (for new drivers)
- Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (Solo OTR)
- Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM
- Earn as much as $3,500/week with Lease Purchase program
- Earn an extra $200/week, plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities for each trainee (Mentor)
