About The Position
This position offers multiple lanes to accommodate various trucking career goals, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes. New drivers will begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before transitioning to other lanes. Solo OTR drivers can expect steady pay and the freedom to drive independently, averaging over 2,500 miles per week with potential for performance pay. Team driving offers accelerated pay potential, with drivers starting at $.55 CPM and receiving a pay raise after three months, averaging 5,000 miles per week. The Lease Purchase program provides an opportunity to operate a personal business, with potential earnings of up to $3,500 per week, including fuel incentives and 24/7 Road Rescue support. Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000 annually in incentives for guiding new drivers and fostering safe habits.
