Truck Driver - No CDL A Experience Needed - Local, Home Weekly, and Regional Positions Available.
About The Position
We have local, home weekly, and regional positions available for Truck Drivers. We offer a lease purchase program, paid training, health insurance, and a retirement plan. New drivers can start their trucking career with us, as we cover CDL training costs. We have options to accommodate your trucking career goals, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated, and Local routes. New drivers will begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. Routes are subject to experience and availability. We also offer opportunities for Solo OTR drivers, Team drivers, Lease Purchase program, and Driver Mentor roles.
Requirements
- No CDL A experience needed; we provide training.
- CDL training costs covered.
- Must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes (for new drivers).
- Routes subject to experience and availability.
- Solo drivers can average 2,500+ miles per week.
- Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM.
- Team drivers receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months.
- Lease Purchase program participants can earn up to $3,500/week.
- Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives.
- Driver Mentors earn an extra $200/week plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities for each trainee.
- Experienced drivers are welcome.

Responsibilities
- Drive over-the-road to maximize pay.
- Drive dedicated routes with steady miles and pay, getting home weekly.
- Drive local routes with daily home time, predictable pay, and bonus opportunities.
- Log 20,000 safe miles in the OTR division before switching lanes.
- Drive solo with freedom and steady pay, averaging 2,500+ miles per week.
- Drive as a team to accelerate pay potential, averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads.
- Operate a truck under a lease purchase program, earning up to $3,500/week with fuel incentives.
- Serve as a Driver Mentor, helping new drivers develop safety-conscious habits and earning incentives.
