About The Position

NFI is hiring a Class B truck driver for a dedicated flatbed fleet, with local and regional route opportunities. Drivers haul dedicated flatbed freight with live unloading and strapping securement. Local schedules offer home daily; regional routes offer home time up to two nights per week. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a current Class B CDL from the state of residence.
Have at least one year of Class B tractor-trailer experience.
Have flatbed experience.
Provide acceptable references from past employers.
Meet all applicable DOT qualifications.
Be physically capable of performing the job duties, including regularly lifting or moving up to 50 lbs and occasionally lifting or moving up to 100 lbs.
Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
Follow all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, as well as customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
Report problems with equipment, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after routes.
Safely and frequently enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
Perform routes, pickups, and deliveries based on customer requirements.
