About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes. The driver delivers cooking oil to commercial kitchens and is responsible for safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Routes may require up to one overnight hotel stay per week. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, four 10-hour shifts per week, starting at 7:00 P.M. The depot is located at 3002 Coronet Rd, Plant City, FL 33566. The position pays $26.00 per hour. Shift differential and overtime pay may apply, and the role is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay are available through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs. Drivers use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance; connect truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil; monitor tank levels; and follow DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. Candidates must be at least 21 and hold a valid CDL Class A or B with a Tanker Endorsement. The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting. Candidates are subject to a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test and, after hire, random drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Strong safety mindset.
Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations during the past 36 months.
No speeding over 100 mph during the past five years.
Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; a positive result for any controlled substance, including marijuana (THC), disqualifies applicants.
Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED (highly preferred).
Two or more years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual.
Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
