About The Position

S&S Tire is seeking a CDL Class A/B Truck Driver for its Morehead, Kentucky manufacturing plant. The role operates in a manufacturing environment at a Bandag retread tire facility, where commercial truck tires are retreaded through manual and automated processes. Recent DOT/CDL driving experience is required. In addition to driving and route delivery, the position includes warehouse loading and unloading and forklift operation, along with professional customer interaction. The position offers an hourly wage starting at $22, depending on experience, and consistent overtime.

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable commercial vehicle driving experience involving vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• A Class B CDL in good standing.
• A good motor vehicle record, with no more than three violations in the last three years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Forklift and warehousing skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
