About The Position

American Driver is hiring in Panama City, FL. This is a full-time W2 position with a fully paid training program for drivers who have completed their CDL school hours. The role involves dry van, no-touch freight, with 60% drop and hook. Drivers will run Eastern routes with consistent freight, completing 2,200–2,500 miles per week. Runs can be day or night depending on dispatch. Upon completion of training, drivers will earn $0.56 CPM, with potential to earn $0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience. Weekly earnings are typically $1,200–$1,500. Stop, layover, and breakdown pay are included, with a pay increase after six months. Orientation is paid at $300, and direct deposit is available weekly. Drivers will be home every two weeks on a set, planned schedule. The equipment provided includes Freightliner or Kenworth trucks (2022–2025) with APUs on all assigned trucks.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Must be age 21 or older.
  • Graduates of an accredited CDL program with at least 120 hours of instruction are eligible for paid training.
  • No major violations in the last 3 years.
  • No DUI in the last 5 years.
  • Must pass a urine and hair follicle drug test.

Responsibilities
