About The Position

This role is for a Truck Builder who has a background in agriculture and familiarity with work trucks and their equipment. The primary responsibility is to help small business owners across the country build the exact work truck they need, from flatbeds to specialized equipment like lights, feeders, and toolboxes. The role involves understanding customer needs over the phone and in person, specifying the correct build, and guiding customers through their options without pressure or jargon. The Truck Builder will manage the entire sales process from the initial conversation to the delivery of the finished truck and coordinate with the build team to ensure the sold specifications are met.

Requirements

An ag background, or deep familiarity with work trucks and the equipment that goes on them
People skills. You like talking to folks and you're good at it
The drive to chase a deal and the patience to do it right
Comfortable working with customers all over the country by phone and email
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Valid driver's license
Able to pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

Sales experience helps, but it isn't required. If you know the work and you're good with people, we can teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

Talk with small business owners and figure out what their truck needs to do for them
Spec out the right build: bed, lighting, hauling and feeding setups, accessories, all of it
Walk customers through their options in plain terms, no pressure and no jargon
Own the deal from the first conversation to the finished truck
Coordinate with the build team so what you sold is what gets made
