About The Position

True Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book personalized vacations. The company is fully remote, with team members located around the world, and promotes responsible and sustainable travel practices. This is a part-time remote/telecommute position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. The role involves understanding clients’ preferences and budgets, researching travel options, creating customized itineraries, making reservations, and providing service throughout the booking process.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other channels to understand their travel preferences and needs.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities suited to clients’ interests and budgets.
Create customized itineraries covering flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
Provide excellent customer service and support client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Stay current on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of bookings and client interactions.
