About The Position

True Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book personalized vacations. The part-time, remote/telecommute role involves understanding clients’ preferences and budgets, researching travel options, creating customized itineraries, and booking travel services. The consultant provides customer service throughout the booking process, keeps up with travel-industry and destination information, collaborates with teammates to improve services, and maintains accurate booking and client records. The company describes itself as a fully remote travel business focused on personalized service and responsible, sustainable travel.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other channels to understand their travel preferences and needs.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients’ interests and budgets.
Create customized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
Provide excellent customer service and support client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Stay up to date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of bookings and client interactions.
