About The Position

True Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book vacations. This part-time, remote/telecommute position offers flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. The consultant will provide personalized service by understanding clients’ travel preferences, researching options, creating customized itineraries, booking travel services, and supporting clients throughout the booking process. The company promotes responsible and sustainable travel practices and offers a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their travel preferences and needs.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients’ interests and budgets.
Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Stay up to date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve services and offerings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of bookings and client interactions.
