About The Position

The Trimming Specialist joins the cultivation team and carefully trims and manicures cannabis plants to produce a premium final product. The role requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and efficient work to meet production goals while maintaining product quality and following company policies and state regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain an Agent ID Card through the State of Missouri.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of cannabis plant anatomy and cultivation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in cannabis trimming or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Trim and manicure cannabis plants, removing excess leaves and stems.
• Maintain consistency and quality across trimmed products.
• Inspect plants for signs of disease, pests, or other issues and report findings.
• Keep tools and workspaces clean and sanitized.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to optimize trimming processes.
• Follow company policies and state regulations regarding cannabis handling.
